These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms and Conditions”) These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the services provided by Life Elements Co. The Company may disapprove an application for registration if the Company determines that the applicant for registration has any of the following reasons, and is not obligated at all to disclose the reasons.
If the applicant has provided false information in the application for registration for use.
If the applicant is a violator of these Terms of Use
In any other case where the Company deems the registered use inappropriate.

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
Users shall manage their user ID and password for the services appropriately and at their own risk.
Under no circumstances shall users transfer or lend their user IDs and passwords to or share them with third parties. If the combination of user ID and password matches the registered information and the user logs in, the Company considers it to be the use of the user ID registered by the user himself/herself.
The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of the User ID and password by a third party, except in cases where the Company is intentionally or grossly negligent.

Article 4 (Purchase Agreement)
A purchase contract shall be concluded when the user submits an application for purchase to the Company and the Company notifies the user that it has accepted the application. Title to the goods in question shall pass to the user upon delivery of the goods by the Company to the delivery company.
The Company may terminate the purchase contract of the preceding paragraph without prior notice to the User if the following occurs
if the user violates these terms and conditions
if the delivery of the goods cannot be completed because the delivery address is unknown or the user is absent for a long period of time
In any other case, we consider that the relationship of trust between us and the user has been damaged.
The method of payment, delivery, cancellation of purchase orders, return of goods and other matters related to the services shall be decided separately by us.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the product photos and other contents provided by the Service (hereinafter referred to as “Contents”) belong to the Company, the content providers and other legal rights holders, and users may not copy, reproduce, modify or otherwise use the Contents in a secondary manner without permission.

Article 6 (Prohibited Matters)
When using the Service, users shall not do the following
